  • Recognize and state the values and core principles of Agile Methodology
  • Differentiate the main development methods under the Agile umbrella
  • Distinguish characteristics of Agile and waterfall work environment
  • Recognize when to use and not to use Agile methodologies, as well as which steps to take in order to adopt Scrum in a project for the first time
  • Have a clear understanding of the roles, meetings and artifacts of technical Scrum and interpret them from a pragmatic approach
  • Contrast Scrum and Kanban concepts
  • Explain different frameworks for scaling Agile to the organization
  • Discuss about the Project Manager’s role and abilities in Scrum, playing as a Product Owner and Scrum Master
  • Know some facilitation techniques such as inception and team retrospectives
  • Construct a Scrum board, applying the basic concepts of Scrum to a real project
