Course Objectives

  • To define the concept and scope of organizational behaviour
  • To understand the policies that can be carried out from the organization to generate an organizational culture based on vision, mission and values
  • To describe the activities that can be put into practice in the company so that employees learn, and the activities that people themselves carry out with the same objective
  • To analyse the different aspects that revolve around change in organizations
  • To analyse how people behaviour is assessed within organizations
  • To describe how employee climate studies are carried out in organizations, and their relations with employment satisfaction and motivation variables
  • To distinguish between groups and work teams and understand the main characteristics of each one in order to be effective
  • To understand the main aspects to be considered during the communication process, types of communication, and their characteristics
  • To describe the main characteristics of conflict in organizations
  • To understand the most normal phases during problem resolution and the various valid strategies to correct them
  • To review the main decision-taking models and techniques used in the organizational context
