Course Objectives

  • To gain an in-depth knowledge of oneself, identifying strengths and areas of improvement with regards to the emotional and intelligent leadership profile
  • To identify own behaviour, thinking and interaction styles, as well as motives and preferences
  • To learn to project positive expectations and to promote the learning and development of team members
  • To practice skills for learning, guidance, reasoning, promoting discovery, stimulating and supporting improvement
  • To understand existing relations between thought, feelings and behaviour
  • To remain balanced, positive and calm even in the most critical moments
  • To involve team members in a clear, shared and inspiring objective
  • To coordinate efforts to achieve a common objective, clarifying the expectations with regards to tasks and the contributions of each member
  • To develop leadership, motivation and influencing skills and competences
  • To exercise a positive influence over collaborators so that they achieve excellent results in a climate of cooperation
